Mark A. Craig, DDS, MD
Mark A. Craig, DDS, MD, maintains a private oral and maxillofacial surgery practice in McKinney, Texas. Board-certified as an OMS since 1999, Dr. Craig completed his six-year residency training program in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the Louisiana State University Medical Center in New Orleans. During this time, he obtained a medical degree with honors from the Louisiana State University School of Medicine and completed an additional internship in general surgery.
Currently the President-elect of the Southwest Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Dr. Craig previously served as President of both the North Texas Dental Society and the Texas Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
Cynthia Bollinger, Director, IDIA
Cynthia Bollinger has been consulting with OMS practices for the past three decades and her clients include many of the largest surgical implant practices in the country. She has also lectured nationally and internationally on all aspects of implant practice management and marketing. She has also developed patient education materials, as well as training and education programs for many of the major implant companies.
Ms. Bollinger is the Founder and Director of the Institute for Dental Implant Awareness (IDIA), a patient education and public awareness organization that has developed the Standard of Care program for dentists and their staff, The Dental Implant Guide website for patients and the general public, and numerous pieces of educational literature for patients. She is also the co-founder of the Dental Implant Coordinator Association.
