PPE Vendor Supply List (The TSOMS makes this vendor list available to its members who are seeking PPE supplies during the current COVID-19 pandemic. These vendors have advised us that they have the listed supplies available for purchase. The TSOMS neither endorses, certifies, nor recommends the companies or the products they offer. Consider the following for your OMS practice:

  • As a precaution, you may wish to limit your staff’s interactions by having two separate teams work on different days to help prevent a COVID-19 shutdown of your practice. Additionally, consider checking both staff and doctors’ temperature on a daily basis prior to interacting with patients.
  • To maintain social distancing within your facility, require that patients sit at least six feet apart. Ask patients to wait in their cars, if that option is available. Remove magazines from the waiting room. Routinely disinfect the waiting room throughout the day.
  • Consider having a daily check-in with staff. Do not allow any staff member to come to work if an immediate family member is sick or has traveled internationally or to a United States hot-zone within the last 14-days.
  • Several pharmacies are able to compound hand sanitizer. Check with your local pharmacies to learn if this service is available in your area.
